Trust & proof definitions

A clear definition is more useful than a generic “verified” badge.

Fresh

The supplied check date and validity window are current. This does not confirm availability.

Recheck due

A new check has been requested even though the previous window may not have ended.

Expired

The stated validity period has ended. Ask for current evidence.

Completed

The stated task was completed. Completion and freshness are different dimensions.

Partially checked

Some items are checked; remaining items are still visible.

Unchecked

No accepted check is supplied for that item.

Needs review

An issue needs review by the responsible party.

Not applicable

The source explicitly marks the item as not applicable.

Review pending

Payment or contract review is pending, not approved by a room check.

Availability unconfirmed

Current availability has not been confirmed by a valid source.

One room, one proof reference

Changing the visual design does not create a new room or a new evidence record. Public presentation must identify the same canonical object.

What these states do not mean

They do not mean “100% safe”, “guaranteed”, identity-certified, legally approved or instantly bookable. Each additional claim needs its own factual basis.
